I AM PATTY CAKES
HOW DID YOU SLEEP PALM SPRINGS is a half hour morning news show that can only be found on youtube.com . The program is absolutely a little toooo racy, for local television. More specifically, it is streaming on The Patty Cakes Channel: @showmepattycakes. HOW DID YOU SLEEP PALM SPRINGS has all the usual morning news segments: breaking overnight news, weather, and traffic. However, there are several novel segments such as: the happy baby of the day, the local single of the week, ask Dr. Dee anything, and the parting thought for the day. Executively produced by Patty Cakes, HOW DID YOU SLEEP PALM SPRINGS’ specific target audience is Coachella Valley’s 50 and over crowd, who know how to stream youtube, and want to catch their morning news at their chosen time of the day. Hence, why the show is streaming on Youtube. HOW DID YOU SLEEP PALM SPRINGS’ more general target audience is the national and even global audience who has an interest in Palm Springs and the greater Coachella Valley. Hence, why the show is streaming on Youtube. Patty Cakes is an established local personality that specializes in improvisation. “My mouth starts moving before I even know what I’m going to say.” Lol. “I can’t make you believe I am Miss Diana Ross, but I will tickle your morning news to death, and send you out to conquer your day.” Dr. Dee has created a substantial following on social media counseling and inspiring others to live their best lives. Together this dynamic duo is serving you morning joy, the likes of which you have never-ever seen on morning television.
THE PATTY CAKES TALK SHOW
…is the late-night talk show that ends before your bedtime.
Just like a late-night show, Patty Cakes begins with a checkin and monologue. Her guests are interesting if not provocative. The topics they discuss are edgy and even controversial. Show titles include: My daddy is not my father, I survived conversion therapy, I support the TRANS COMMUNITY, A chat with nonagenarians, Detroit's very own Rachael St John, and Palm Springs Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
You no longer have to go to New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles to be part of a talk show audience ... Those cities have weather. It's always sunny in Palm Springs, California. The cupcakes in Patty Cakes' live studio audience are garunteed to laugh, learn, and love.

PATTY CAKES
Grand Fathers of Haiti (GFH): A feature-length documentary about a grandson who seeks out a grandfather he never knew, to gain knowledge and insight into family history and dysfunction. In this film a gay drag queen grandson named Patrick Pierre aka PATTY CAKES, surmises that learning more about his absent grandfather and the second family he chose over his first, will illuminate the distant relationship Patrick experienced with his own father. A father who suffered greatly throughout his life because at the age of two in 1940's Haiti, his father simply walked away and started a new family just blocks away. Patrick and viewers alike will discover what happened and why, together. Patrick, his family, and film audience will share “A Ha” moments of connection as universal questions about the impacts identity and self worth have on one’s life.

IF I CAN LOOK THIS GOOD IN A DRESS, SO CAN YOU
A MEMOIR
WRITTEN BY PATTY CAKES
I have taken all the memories of my rebelliously adventurous life and organized them into my memoir. Each chapter is a stand-alone short story. First, I recount what happened. Secondly, I reflect on the lessons learned. “That is how we should go through life, right? Learning as we go.” The piece is not chronological. But rather, it is lesson based. The easy ones are presented first. As the reader progresses, together, we go deeper and deeper, so that we might soar higher and higher; TOGETHER.
